How long does your smartphone battery ends its power?

My O+ Android Phone is my very precious thing to me. I can do a lot of things in my smartphone. I can browse my fb account, read my emails, search things in google when I’m connected to Wi-Fi, specially taking pictures and posting it in my Facebook account. I bought it last four years so it’s pretty old looking now and its battery is very fast to consume now a day. I’m really having a bad time when my phone is low battery, I have to charge it every day. Technology really help us in everyday living, just like the article said.

“Smartphones have definitely made our lives easier, but on the downside, it consumes a lot of battery power and requires frequent charging. Thus, the demand for portable battery chargers have risen through the years.

A new technology may possibly cut down charging periods to just four times a month. “

And this part of the article is where the researchers are, they said that “magnetoelectric multiferroic” is the material that they’re going to use.

“Researchers at the University of Michigan and Cornell have come up with a special material called “magnetoelectric multiferroic,” which can possibly prolong the power of various electronic devices.”

And this another article says the information about the material.

“A ferroelectric crystal exhibits a stable and switchable electrical polarization that is manifested in the form of cooperative atomic displacements. A ferromagnetic crystal exhibits a stable and switchable magnetization that arises through the quantum mechanical phenomenon of exchange. There are very few ‘multiferroic’ materials that exhibit both of these properties, but the ‘magnetoelectric’ coupling of magnetic and electrical properties is a more general and widespread phenomenon. Although work in this area can be traced back to pioneering research in the 1950s and 1960s, there has been a recent resurgence of interest driven by long-term technological aspirations. I am hoping that this research will come true so we smartphone users can enjoy more.

I will pray for this project to come true, thanks and God Bless Everyone.
